8個 iPhone6s的英文小知識

從9月的蘋果秋季發表會開始，全世界的「果粉」似乎都摩拳擦掌搶購iPhone6s，其中玫瑰金的美麗外型設計更是讓許多人為之瘋狂，你也是其中一員嗎？

台灣英文網站VoiceTube以實用的例句，詳細講述關於iPhone6s的英文詞彙，下次再開新品發布會，你可以自己聽了！

1.  Apple fans/果粉；蘋果的粉絲

Apple fans lined up all night just to make sure they could get the new iPhones.
 

果粉們徹夜排隊，為的是確保他們能買到新上市的 iPhone。

最常與 Apple fans 打對台的就是「卓粉」  (Android fans) ，即是安卓系統的用戶！不論你是果粉、卓粉還是其他品牌手機的愛用者，下次介紹自己偏好的品牌時，不要只會說 I like Apple/ Android，也可以換個說法： 

I’m an Apple/Android fan!

2. Apple 2015 Special Event/2015蘋果秋季發表會

Apple showed off new iPhones at its September 9th Special Event.

蘋果在他們的 9/9 的秋季發表會上展示了新的 iPhone。

event 在此是「大事件」的意思，蘋果在發表會上公開展示最新型的產品，對公司和熱衷的粉絲來說當然是個非常重要的事件！

而除了蘋果官方說法 Special Event 之外，也可以稱之為 

Apple’s big event/ Apple’s September 2015 event。

3. Highlights from the Special Event/發表會亮點

The highlights from the Apple Special Event include iPhone 6s, iPad Pro, Apple Watch and the latest version of Apple TV.

蘋果發表會的亮點有 iPhone 6s、iPad Pro、Apple Watch 以及最新版的 Apple TV。

Highlight 的意思是「強調、使某些事物特別突出」。

每次發表會都有獨特的亮點，要介紹Apple最新的產品發表，就少不了 highlight 這個字！

4. Apple Watch Hermès / Apple 愛馬仕聯名手錶

The leather straps of Apple Watch Hermès are so elegant.

Apple 跟愛馬仕推出的聯名手錶，皮革錶帶真的很有格調。

今年初已經推出的 Apple watch，目前已有超過一萬種的手錶應用程式 (Watch App) 供使用者下載，這次Apple更跟愛馬仕合作推出這款 Apple Watch ，成為 iPhone 之外大家本次關注的重點之一。

5. 3D touch technology /熒幕的 3D 觸控技術

3D touch technology enables you to switch apps quickly.
 

3D 觸控技術讓你可以快速地切換 app。

這是 iPhone 6s 的新設計，可以感應使用者的按壓力道，來切換 app (switch apps)、相簿照片預覽 (get a slightly bigger look of a photo) 及用力按壓來預覽超連結內容 (use a hard press to preview links) 等等。

6. Live Photos feature/照片動態效果

I can’t believe that I can now create GIF-like effect with my photos on my phone, thanks to Live Photos feature!
 

多得照片動態效果這個功能，現在我可以在手機上用我的照片做gif效果！

Feature 就是特色、效果的意思，live 則是動態。透過這個功能，只要按壓照片 (hold down images) 就可以讓靜態的照片接續呈現動態效果。

7. 12MP (million pixels) iSight shooter/ 1,200萬像素相機

With 12MP iSight shooters, iPhones are catching up with some expensive cameras.

iPhone現在有了1,200萬畫素相機，品質幾乎和一些昂貴的相機一樣好了。

pixel 就是像素的意思，shooter 則是照相機。而除了畫素變好了，更推出更快的自動對焦 (faster auto-focus) 功能。

8. Rose Gold / 玫瑰金

I’d give my right arm for a rose gold iPhone 6s!

我願意不計一切代價得到一部玫瑰金色的 iPhone 6s！

除了最受歡迎的新色玫瑰金之外，別忘了還有其他三種顏色：銀色 (Grey)、太空灰 (Space Grey) 和金色 (Gold)。

大家如果上蘋果官網會看到他們用 finish (漆) 這個字，就是手機外殼鍍漆的顏色之意。
